Mike Rogers (of Lone Star Arms) and I decided to go head to head against some very unlucky toilet paper rolls. Mike with his souped up Saiga-12 shotgun (by his design) and I with a Benelli M4 shotgun for the first time in my hands.
Can I just pause a moment to say: there are times in your life where you fall in love. And this is one of them. The Benelli M4 and I just meshed – love at first shot. Not that the Saiga-12 and I didn’t. Maybe I just like tactical shotguns. But I will admit with the Benelli M4, even though it was the first time in my hands…I just didn’t have to think one bit to use it. It was fluid and natural. Ever have that feeling? Like you and the gun are one from the start.
